Shipping Information

We aim to make delivery of your order as straightforward as possible. This policy explains how and when we deliver.

Delivery Area

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other offshore/remote locations.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within an estimated 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or exceptional circumstances.

Delivery Method

Deliveries are made to the main entrance at ground floor level. For multi-storey buildings, delivery is to the ground-floor reception or lobby. Customers are responsible for moving items beyond this point into their property.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free of charge. If we introduce charges in the future, these will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or contact you to arrange a new time. If multiple delivery attempts are missed and items are returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot usually be changed once placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

We want you to love your DreamFirst purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things change.
Here's everything you need to know about returning items, requesting a refund, or changing your mind.

Please note: Some items cannot be returned. See below for full details.

60-Night Risk-Free Trial

We accept returns and offer refunds up to 60 days after delivery. To request a return, simply contact us before the 60 days are up and we’ll begin the process.

Important Information About Returns

A £75 collection fee applies if you choose to return an item under the 60-night trial.

This fee will be deducted from your refund. For example, if your item costs £500, you will receive £425 once it’s returned in reasonable condition.

Alternatively, you may arrange your own return. Returned items must be sent to our UK address provided upon request.

Condition of Returned Items

If the product we receive is damaged (e.g. torn fabric, stains, structural damage), or returned in unreasonable condition after use, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the total amount from your refund to cover damages.

If you selected our assembly service and packaging was removed, you will need to source suitable packaging if returning the item. We recommend keeping original packaging during your trial period.

To arrange collection, you must provide a photo of the item fully packaged and ready for return.

Damaged Items on Delivery

We take every step to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

• Please check your item upon delivery before signing.
• If you notice damage after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind:

• A £75 collection fee applies.
• If exchanging (size, colour, etc.), the £75 fee also applies to collection and redelivery.

Items That Don’t Fit

Please ensure your selected item can be delivered into your property by checking:

• Doorways
• Staircases
• Hallways
• Tight corners

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a £75 return fee will apply.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom-made or bespoke items (e.g. non-standard bed sizes, customised headboards) are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances. The 60-night trial does not apply to custom orders.

Assembly & Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is to your doorstep or just inside your front door. For flats/apartments, delivery is to the ground floor lobby unless assembly service is selected.

Assembly Service

• Items will be delivered to your room of choice if safely accessible.
• We carry items up to two floors via stairs.
• A working lift is required for deliveries above the second floor.
• If no lift is available, a £75 surcharge applies.
• Assembly fees are non-refundable if delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions.

Refunds – How & When

• Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear after processing.

Collection Service

We offer a collection service for returns.

• A £75 return fee applies.
• Collections typically take 7–14 working days.

Cancellations

Before Delivery Date is Arranged

You may cancel your order anytime before a delivery date is scheduled for a full refund.

After Delivery Date is Confirmed

If cancelled after confirmation (via SMS/email), a £75 cancellation fee applies.

Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, a £75 redelivery fee will apply.

Changing Delivery Date

You may change or cancel your delivery up until 12pm the day before the confirmed delivery date. Changes after this cut-off time will incur a £75 redelivery fee.
