We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other offshore/remote locations.
Orders are usually delivered within an estimated 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or exceptional circumstances.
Deliveries are made to the main entrance at ground floor level. For multi-storey buildings, delivery is to the ground-floor reception or lobby. Customers are responsible for moving items beyond this point into their property.
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free of charge. If we introduce charges in the future, these will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card or contact you to arrange a new time. If multiple delivery attempts are missed and items are returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Orders cannot usually be changed once placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns and offer refunds up to 60 days after delivery. To request a return, simply contact us before the 60 days are up and we’ll begin the process.

A £75 collection fee applies if you choose to return an item under the 60-night trial.
This fee will be deducted from your refund. For example, if your item costs £500, you will receive £425 once it’s returned in reasonable condition.
Alternatively, you may arrange your own return. Returned items must be sent to our UK address provided upon request.
If the product we receive is damaged (e.g. torn fabric, stains, structural damage), or returned in unreasonable condition after use, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the total amount from your refund to cover damages.
If you selected our assembly service and packaging was removed, you will need to source suitable packaging if returning the item. We recommend keeping original packaging during your trial period.
To arrange collection, you must provide a photo of the item fully packaged and ready for return.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a £75 return fee will apply.
Custom-made or bespoke items (e.g. non-standard bed sizes, customised headboards) are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances. The 60-night trial does not apply to custom orders.
Standard delivery is to your doorstep or just inside your front door. For flats/apartments, delivery is to the ground floor lobby unless assembly service is selected.
We offer a collection service for returns.
You may cancel your order anytime before a delivery date is scheduled for a full refund.
If cancelled after confirmation (via SMS/email), a £75 cancellation fee applies.
If you miss your delivery, a £75 redelivery fee will apply.
You may change or cancel your delivery up until 12pm the day before the confirmed delivery date. Changes after this cut-off time will incur a £75 redelivery fee.
